Who we are

This privacy policy applies to the greenmediagroup.ch website, the umbrella site ofGMG Green Media Group Sàrl ("GMG", "we"), a limited liability company registered in the Swiss commercial register. GMG brings video production, digital marketing and artificial intelligence together under one group.

GMG is the controller of the personal data collected through this site.

Scope

This policy covers the personal data processed in connection with:

• visiting the greenmediagroup.ch website;
• submitting the contact form;
• the lead records created in our customer-relationship management (CRM) system, Odoo.

Legal basis

• Swiss law (Federal Act on Data Protection — FADP, in force since 1 September 2023): processing is based on our legitimate interest in running a showcase website and responding to enquiries.
• European Union law (GDPR), where applicable: Art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual steps taken at your request) and (f) (legitimate interest).

Data we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your company name (optional);
• the nature of your enquiry (the service you're interested in);
• the content of your message.

This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up on a possible business relationship. It is sent directly to our CRM (Odoo); this site keeps no copy of it.

Analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool self-hosted on our own infrastructure (in Switzerland). Umami sets no cookies and collects no personal identifiers: only aggregated data is recorded (page viewed, approximate country derived from the IP address — which is not stored —, device type and browser). This information cannot identify you individually.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies — no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party cookies. The analytics (Umami) work without cookies, and the fonts and images are self-hosted: the site calls no third-party service.

Who has access to your data (processors)

We rely on the following providers to run the site and the CRM. Each is contractually bound to process the data only on our instructions and in compliance with applicable law.

Cross-border transfers

Enquiries sent via the form and the resulting lead records are transferred from Switzerland to Odoo's cloud, located in the European Union (Saint-Ghislain, Belgium). The European Union is recognised by the Swiss Federal Council as providing an adequate level of protection (Annex 1 of the Data Protection Ordinance — DPO). We do not transfer your data to any country outside Switzerland or the European Union.

Retention

Lead records are kept in Odoo for as long as the business relationship is active, then deleted on request. As this site stores no copy of the messages, retention is managed directly in the CRM.

Your rights

Under the FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Access — obtain a copy of the data we hold about you;
• Rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
• Erasure — request the deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations);
• Objection — object to the processing of your data;
• Restriction — request that processing be restricted;
• Portability (GDPR only) — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority:

• In Switzerland: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) — www.edoeb.admin.ch;
• In the EU: the supervisory authority of the member state where you reside.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS) and contractual guarantees with our processors.
